Our Prices Start from $57.50 per Hour

Compassionate Nursing and Disability Services provides unique individualised care plan, which gives clients the autonomy and control to meet their care needs. In our person-centred care approach, you are the centre of our focus. We work in partnership with families and significant others to deliver a comprehensive patient-centred care. 
We provide service to participants of NDIS and self-funded clients in the community. Compassionate nursing and disability services employ professionally qualified staff to help clients keep on track to achieve their goals. We do a home based assessment to understand each client and make care plans to cater for their individual goals and needs. We have different models of care to meets the needs of all clients.

Services Provided
    0107- Assist Personal Activities

        Showering, bathing, grooming, toileting, oral hygiene, assistance with mealtimes at home, eating and drinking, skin care.

    0104- High Intensity daily Personal

        Manual handling (Transferring, lifting, hoisting), pressure area care.

    0120- Assistance with Household Tasks

        Laundry, cleaning, vacuuming, tidying, dish washing.

    0125-Participation Community

        Travel and escorting support to attend appointments, shopping, exercise or therapy, gatherings, companionship.

    0114-Community Nursing Care

        Gastrostomy (PEG, enteral) feeding , non-invasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, complex bowel care management, clinical monitoring, urinary catheter care/management, palliative care, and complex wound dressings, management of oxygen concentrators, medication management and administration, anaphylaxis, epilepsy/seizure management, diabetes management.

    0106- Assist Life Stage Transition

        Support to help you transition through various stages in life, such as starting school, job, housing, retirement, etc

    0117- Development life Skills

        We can provide training and development across a range of life skills such as in Personal hygiene: showering and grooming. Nutrition: planning for grocery shopping and planning for and preparing a healthy meals. Maintaining cleanliness in your home: such as housework, laundering of clothes and addressing maintenance issues or repairs. Communication with service providers and support various other networks.

        Transport and travel: such as planning your journey and accessing public transport.

    0108- Assist in Travel and Transport

        This support category includes assistance with travel and transport for people with a disability who are unable to use public transport or independently travel from one place to another. 

    Module 2A – Implement restrictive practices

        Each participant is only subject to a regulated restrictive practice that meets any state and territory requirements and the relevant requirements and safeguards outlined in Commonwealth legislation and policy.One of many requirements is for the participant to have a current Behaviour Support Plan developed by a behaviour specialist.
